Strong competition in the market sometimes tends exclusive rights holders to attempts to expand the scope of their monopoly over really granted. The more successful in the market the alleged infringer is, the bigger is the problem.
There are also cases in which the scope of the monopoly was set too widely by the Polish or European Patent Office, what causes disruption of normal economic cycle.
