Hamburg in October – see you at the AIPPI World Congress 2026!

From 2026-10-07 to 2026-10-10, dr inż. Marek Bury will be attending the 2026 AIPPI World Congress in Hamburg – one of the key international gatherings of the intellectual property community.

The AIPPI Congress is, of course, an opportunity to follow the latest discussions on the development and harmonisation of IP law. For me, however, it is equally important as a place to exchange practical experience with colleagues from different jurisdictions. This year’s AIPPI study work includes, among other topics, the patent question of divisional applications and double patenting.
