Attorney-at-law (District Board of Advocates in Warsaw), Legal Counsel (Warsaw Legal Counsel Bar Association) – practices as advocate. The graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University, also postgraduate of Intellectual Property Law and American Law Studies (the Warsaw University).
Key areas of practice:
Tomasz Mielke represented a large number of reputable clients in court disputes related to the infringement of industrial property rights, copyrights and acts of unfair competition. He gained experience through cooperation with one of the largest IP firms in Poland as well as in his own practice.
He is the author of numerous publications concerning trademark rights and a member of AIPPI.
